Refund and Returns Policy

At Dadi Design, we architect modern sewing blueprints to help you build a bold, professional wardrobe. Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly to your studio, our refund policy reflects the nature of downloadable content.

Please read these terms carefully before finalizing your order.

1. Digital Products (PDF Blueprints)

Due to the nature of digital data, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on PDF patterns or downloadable content once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

Why? Unlike a physical piece of fabric, a digital file cannot be “returned.” Once you receive the download link or access the file, the product is considered consumed.

EU Consumer Law Notice: By purchasing a digital product from Dadi Design, you expressively agree to begin the performance of the contract immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started or the file has been delivered to your email.

2. The “Fair Play” Exceptions

We value the maker community and aim to be fair. We will issue a refund or provide an exchange in the following specific cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally bought the same pattern twice, email us within 48 hours, and we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical Defect: If a file is corrupted or technically defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of your report.
  • Fundamental Description Error: If the product is fundamentally different from what was described (e.g., you purchased a “Backpack Blueprint” but received a “Skirt Pattern”).

3. Physical Goods (If applicable)

Currently, Dadi Design focuses on digital blueprints. If we offer physical kits or hardware in the future:

  • You have the right to return physical items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Technical Support & Assistance

If you’re having trouble with your build, don’t worry—we’ve got your back. Most issues are related to browser settings or PDF software.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours, helping you get back to your sewing machine as quickly as possible.
