On Refunds and Fair Play (Refund and Returns Policy)

1. Digital Blueprints and Your Creative Studio

At Dadi Design studio, we architect modern, thoughtful, and clean sewing blueprints to help you build a bold, timeless wardrobe.

Because our products are digital assets (PDF patterns) delivered instantly to your inbox upon order completion, our refund policy reflects the nature of downloadable content. Please read these terms carefully before finalizing your order.

2. Digital Products (PDF Patterns)

Due to the nature of digital data, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on PDF patterns once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

  • Why? Unlike a physical piece of fabric that you can mail back to us, a digital file cannot be “returned.” Once you receive the download link or access the file, the product is considered permanently consumed.
  • EU Consumer Law Notice (Right of Withdrawal): By purchasing a digital product from Dadi Design studio, you expressively agree to begin the performance of the contract immediately and acknowledge that you waive your legal 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started or the file has been delivered to your email.

3. Our “Fair Play” Policy (Exceptions)

We deeply value our maker community and always aim to play fair. We will issue a refund or provide an exchange exclusively in the following justified situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally bought the exact same pattern twice in the same order or within a short period, reach out to us within 48 hours, and we will happily refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical File Defect: If the PDF file is corrupted and cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file within 48 hours of your report.
  • Total Identity Swap: If a major system error occurs and you receive a bag blueprint instead of the described skirt pattern (though we strive to ensure this never happens).

4. What If We Offer Physical Products in the Future?

Currently, our studio is fully dedicated to digital blueprints. If we decide to offer physical sewing kits, fabrics, or hardware in the future, the following rules will apply:

  • You have the right to return physical items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the exact same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. We’ve Got Your Back (Technical Support)

If you run into any trouble opening, printing, or assembling your pattern—don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Most issues are typically related to browser settings or PDF software.

Our goal is to respond within 24 to 48 hours to get you back to your sewing machine as quickly as possible, ensuring you get your quiet time to create.
